This year’s dinner menu will navigate us through the depths of the terroir of the mystical Strandzha mountain and its connection with the southern Black Sea coast. Maria Zhekova and Filip Spasov unite their creative energies to present their interpretation of traditional recipes from South-Eastern Bulgaria.
