How to get there
from Sofia city:
By car
Exit Sofia on the Trakia Highway and drive straight for 4 hrs, passing the city of Burgas to reach Chermorets.
By Plane
Fly into Burgas (BOJ) - the nearest airport, and then take a taxi or rental car to the city of Chernomorets. You will find Cape Akra on the Northern most part of the city outskirts.
By Bus
A direct bus from Sofia to Chernomorets is an easy option. You can check for bus service schedules here
Parking
Parking options are available at the festival site, and we’ve made sure you can get as close as possible to the main area this year. All parking options are indicated on the map below. Please note the innermost parking area is limited and operates on a first-come first-serve basis. Stay tuned for a detailed festival map.
Payments
Ritual Gatherings Festival is a 100% cashless event. On entry you will receive a tag wristband and you can add money to your balance by using cash or bank card on our Top-up Points. Together with our trusted partners from Payvent we provide an easy, secure, and fully transparent way of handling all your transactions at the festival. Simply load the chip on your bracelet with your desired amount at our top up stations and shop quickly and easily all around the festival. Please see detailed information below:
You can top up your card/wristband balance with cash or bank card at any Top Up point on the festival site. You can check your balance at any Top Up point.
You can only pay with your cashless card/wristband at the festival, you will not be able to pay with cash or card. You can only use cash to top up your balance.
Issuing a wristband costs 3 BGN and will be withheld only from your first top-up.
Accommodation
A relaxed spot to regain your energy is crucial for a happy festival experience. Тhe options below represent the most preferred options of our community. We urge you to book early as accommodation on the Bulgarian seaside in July gets sold out quick.
This year, we’ve reserved the entire Utopia Forest Hotel just for our All-In Ritual Experience guests. Nestled in the serene embrace of lush greenery and tranquil seaside charm, this boutique oasis will be your luxurious retreat during the festival. Our on-site camping area will be bigger and better this year making your festival experience even more magical. Amenities include toilets, showers and a charging station. You will need to bring your own tent. Tickets will be available soon. Please note that tickets are sold per person and access to the camping site is provided only to Camp Ticket holders.
*RVs/Campers – A separate area at the festival entrance is reserved for RVs/Campers with very limited spots. Note that you will still need to book a Camp Ticket should you want to use the amenities in the camping site.
The shortest trip from your bed to the dance floor and vice versa. You can find good options for hotels, guesthouses, and apartments here.
The picturesque city of Sozopol is only a short drive or a taxi away and presents a variety of good accommodation options. Whether you choose the old or the new town you will surely find satisfying accommodation options. Note that parking in the old town can be tricky in summer.

Outside food and drinks are strictly forbidden. We offer a well curated selection of food vendors and beverage options inside the festival grounds.
Is camping available on-site?
Yes, this year we’re happy to say camping options are available for festival-goers who want to stay overnight and fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Are there accommodations for people with disabilities?
Yes, we strive to make the festival accessible to all attendees. Please contact us in advance to arrange any necessary accommodations.
Can I bring my children to the festival?
Yes, children are welcome at the festival as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We still advise considering loud music levels and

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
While some tickets may be available for purchase at the gate, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure entry and to take advantage of any early bird discounts.
Are pets allowed at the festival?
With the exception of service animals, pets are generally not allowed at the festival for safety and reasons. Loud levels of sound might also not be their favorite.
